Shipping & Processing Policy

At Revayah Hair, each wig is custom-made to order to ensure the highest quality.

Processing Time

• Custom wig orders require 12–15 business days for processing before shipment.
• Processing time does not include shipping time.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
• After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Shipping

• We primarily ship through UPS.
• UPS Ground shipping typically takes up to 6 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
• If you need your package sooner after processing is complete, we recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout for faster delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package’s delivery.
